Savory, Winter

Hardy perennial. Height approx. 8". Evergreen culinary herb with attractive pink flowers. Similar in appearance to Thyme but a longer lived plant. Works well around the edges of pots, tubs and low walls. Leaves used to flavour pulses, sausages and stuffings.
